Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager to join the LADS Product Support team. This onsite role manages cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts and contributes to both internal and international programs.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management with EVMS experience, plus strong MS Office and APEX skills for detailed reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• EVMS experience and cost/schedule/technical performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and EVMS exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts.
• Develop and maintain budgets and schedules to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards.
• Develop and deliver contractually required EVM reporting and analysis.
• Execute resource planning and facilitate EAC and LRE inputs.
• Assist with risk and opportunity identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas), Microsoft Project, and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX) for detailed analysis and reporting.
