RTX, the world\'s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Financial Analyst to manage a portfolio of programs with EVMS-based cost/schedule control and IPMDAR submissions. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, DoD EVMS knowledge, SAP skills, and strong MS Office proficiency. Onsite in McKinney, TX, you\'ll collaborate across management and program teams.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with financial controls across multiple contract types.
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Experience with Raytheon EVMS processes and/or DoD EVMS standards.
• Working knowledge of SAP financial transactions.
• Experience preparing/analyzing program financial data, forecasts, and variances.
• Experience presenting financial information to management and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of business programs with cost and schedule control using EVMS.
• Supervise and provide work direction to junior financial analysts.
• Prepare and support IPMDAR submissions.
• Prepare quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Perform financial variance analysis and forecasting.
• Identify, document, and track program risks and opportunities.
• Prepare internal and external financial and program performance reports.
• Coordinate assignments, priorities, and reporting schedules to meet deadlines.
