RTX is seeking an M4 Finance Lead to support the NSMS SM-6 programs in a Hybrid US-based role. You will lead a small team, manage EVMS processes, produce Earned Value reports, and drive budget forecasting, variance analysis, and EAC/LRE activities for classified and unclassified work.

The position requires a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience with 8+ years tenure, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years experience.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, including pivot tables/charts; Word for reports; PowerPoint for presentations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 2-3 analysts.
• Support external EVMS processes and requirements for program teams.
• Compile monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management.
• Coordinate with functional teams during EAC and LRE processes.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances.
• Coordinate planning activities including RPLAN updates.
• Provide financial analysis to IPT members and non-finance partners.
• Prepare trend analyses using Excel and review EVMS data at meetings.
