Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Contracts Specialist to draft, review and negotiate master agreements, NDAs, amendments and change orders. You’ll translate business needs into precise contractual terms and work with Sourcing, Risk, Finance and EHS to ensure compliance with UDX policies.

You will maintain contract documentation, track expirations, support bidder reviews, and coordinate with vendors to finalize agreements, ensuring proper confidentiality and pre-qualification steps where needed.

• Drafts and reviews master agreements, scopes of work, amendments and NDAs.
• Translates operational requirements into contract terms aligned with policies.
• Coordinates with Sourcing, Risk, Finance, EHS and stakeholders on contract issues.
• Maintains contract files, tracks expirations and options, and supports bid review.
• Prepares and reviews addenda, notices and change orders as needed.
• Assists with pre-qualification of bidders and confidentiality agreements.
• Ensures compliance with contractual obligations and internal controls.
