Job summary

• Advanced listening, political acumen and problem recognition/resolution skills.
• Advanced knowledge of contracting principles and procedures in competitive procurement.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and related Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced understanding of contracting assignments.
