Job summary

Muller Inc is seeking a Contract & Procurement Administrator to streamline contract management across our group of companies. This role offers direct collaboration with leadership, legal counsel, purchasing teams, and stakeholders to enhance processes, reduce risk, and leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities include creating templates, working with attorneys on language, coordinating with multiple teams, and expediting contract review, negotiation and execution while

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing full lifecycle of construction contracts and procurement.
• Familiar with Virginia, DC, and Maryland contract language implications.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, especially in Word.
• Ability to collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain client proposal and vendor contract templates for 3 operating businesses.
• Work with attorney to understand legal implications of contract language and revisions.
• Coordinate with leadership, purchasing, vendor relationships, and internal buyers to improve processes.
• Expedite contract administration, negotiation and execution while maintaining controls.
• Balance reasonable language with protection of the organization's interests.
• Implement automation and AI into review processes to increase efficiency.
