Job summary

Tilcon Connecticut Inc., a CRH company, is hiring a Contract Administrator in New Britain. This role supports the Contracts Manager with contract set-up, payrolls, insurance, and subcontractor compliance in a team environment focused on safety and integrity.

Responsibilities include bid procedures, revenue review, billing, and reports for Conn DOT. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years administering contracts preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills with MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete job setup from bidding to SOX compliance.
• Assist Contracts Manager with review of daily revenue and job costs.
• Process bills when projects are complete and final quantities are confirmed.
• Monitor subcontractor documentation and payments.
• Prepare Conn DOT contract compliance reports and submission documents.
• Support project managers with contract compliance and subcontractor performance.
