Job summary

Tilcon Connecticut Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in New Britain to support the Transportation Manager. The role focuses on hauler contracts, payroll, dispatch, and delivering excellent customer service across our CT operations.

You will work closely with Construction, Milling and Paving divisions, in a team environment, while upholding safety, quality, and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' dispatching or in a relative customer service role required.

Responsibilities

• Send and organize hired hauler contracts.
• Evaluate insurance certificates from hired haulers and track renewals.
• Input haul ticket entries for payment.
• Direct calls to dispatch and related departments.
• Investigate waiting and travel time submissions from hired haulers.
• Assist haulers with pay discrepancies and provide documentation.
• Ensure on-site driver OSHA cards are up to date.
• Track driver route history and provide updates to Transportation Manager.
