Job summary

Tilcon Connecticut Inc., a CRH company, seeks an experienced Transportation Coordinator in our New Britain, CT office to support the Transportation Manager with hired hauler contracts, driver payroll, dispatch, and exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with our Construction, Milling and Paving division, ensure safety compliance, maintain records, and use our Transportation Management System to dispatch trucks and track route history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of dispatching or related customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Send and organize hired hauler contracts.
• Evaluate insurance certificates from hired haulers and track renewals.
• Input haul ticket entries for payment.
• Direct calls to dispatch and other departments.
• Maintain OSHA cards for on-site drivers and track route history.
