Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an entry-level Contracts Analyst I in Denver to support the contracting process across bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases. You will work with Contracts Analysts II and senior staff, gaining hands-on experience in contract administration and document management.

The role emphasizes document control, NDA processing, and compliance with project timelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–5 years of comparable professional experience preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating daily responsibilities is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track and maintain version histories for contract exhibits and documents.
Perform document control, manage file repositories, and keep records accurate.
Prepare and distribute meeting action items to owners.
Attend project meetings and communicate updates on dates, pricing, and contracts.
Maintain records of deadlines and contractual requirements.
Assist with project closeout activities under supervision.
Support processing of NDAs and related documentation.
Redact documents per guidelines to protect confidential information.
Track Parent Guarantees, Bonds, and Certificates of Insurance.
Learn from Contracts Analyst II and senior team members to grow contracting knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned.
