Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Contracts Analyst I to support the contracting process across bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases. You will track documents, control files, and distribute updates from project meetings.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe or Bluebeam is a plus. This role is nationwide with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of comparable experience preferred.
• Experience with fluctuating daily responsibilities preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe/Bluebeam familiarity preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities; comfortable speaking to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain version history of exhibits and documents.
• Perform document control and manage file repositories.
• Draft emails listing action items after meetings.
• Attend project meetings and share updated dates and prices.
• Maintain records of deadlines; assist with project close out.
• Support NDA processing; redact documents per guidelines.
• Record Parent Guarantee, Bond, and COI details.
• Learn from Contracts Analyst II; perform other duties as assigned.
