Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Contracts Analyst I to support the Contracts team through bidding, pre-construction, and construction phases. You will help manage document control, track exhibits, and coordinate deadlines across projects in the United States.

The role involves attending meetings, drafting action items, and assisting with close-out activities while shadowing higher-level analysts. Strong organizational and MS Office skills are essential, with Adobe/Bluebeam experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 1–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in document control and contract support is desirable.
• Ability to organize files, track exhibits, and maintain version history.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and documents.
• Perform document control, manage file repositories and organize structures.
• Draft action item emails after meetings for responsible parties.
• Attend project meetings and share updated dates and prices.
• Maintain records of deadlines and assist with project close-out.
• Support NDA processing and redact documents per guidelines.
• Request and maintain records of Parent Guarantee, Bond, and COI.
• Learn from/shadow Contracts Analyst II and perform other duties.
