The role requires sharp attention to detail and independent, yet collaborative work style. Responsibilities include maintaining version control, leading client and stakeholder meetings, and delivering status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years contract administration experience in GC/EPC environments.
• Ability to manage fluctuating priorities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own contract redlining and negotiation from inception to delivery.
• Maintain version control for exhibits and agreements.
• Organize repositories and ensure current records in file structures.
• Take notes during contract calls and coordinate with proposal teams.
• Deliver weekly status reports to PMs and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and ensure accountability for deliverables and timelines.
• Assist with drafting contractual notices and letters.
