Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end contractor hiring for assigned accounts in the United States.

You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard new contractors while partnering with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR to ensure timely recruitment across accounts. Expected to meet customer satisfaction goals, you will handle recruitment updates, market conditions communication, and use advertising, job fairs, and remote

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
