Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to handle contractor hiring across accounts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding of contractors.

You will manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR, drive recruitment strategies, and meet customer satisfaction objectives while adhering to company policies and security.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes and manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and materials maintenance.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
