• Strong written and verbal communication; guide managers.
• Experience hiring across Technical, Operations, Sales, and Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire hiring lifecycle for active openings.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers.
• Source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Partner with leadership; run intake meetings and interview panels.
• Maintain organized data and track pipelines in Rippling ATS.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
