Qualifications

• Must have understanding of contract principles and terminology.
• Experience with contract management technologies and standard office software.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Procurement, Sales, Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other business contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract terms align with business needs and objectives.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and manage contract lifecycle processes.
• Develop and implement standardized templates, playbooks, and contract management best practices.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance, support audits and internal reporting.
