Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a Business Operations Manager to drive recruiting, onboarding, and compliance for our Independent Contractor network. You will collaborate with operations leadership and internal teams to ensure a qualified, engaged contractor base supporting growth.

You’ll oversee onboarding documentation, background checks, and insurance requirements, while tracking compliance and performance across CRM systems. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, compliance, operations, or contractor management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired; proficient communication is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting for Independent Contractors across Cincinnati and Dayton markets.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, insurance requirements, and compliance activities.
• Maintain compliance records and monitor renewal deadlines to avoid lapses.
• Provide reporting and operational insights to leadership for informed decisions.
