Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Contractor - Change Enablement Analyst in Memphis, TN (onsite). The role supports change efforts across technologies including collaboration, CRM, finance, BI and infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have broad IT experience and have successfully implemented change enablement plans to integrate new technologies or processes. You will build end-to-end integration plans, analyze business and tech processes, and design training and communication to foster adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in an agile environment.
• Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Office).
• Background supporting technology, processes, or business change initiatives.
• Ability to develop and execute change enablement plans; create knowledge base articles.
• Engage with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT partners to train and enable change.
• Experience executing end-to-end technology change using a change framework (e.g., Prosci, Kotter).

Responsibilities

• Create an end-to-end plan to integrate new technology coordinating between business stakeholders and IT partners.
• Analyze (or re-engineer) business and technology processes clearly and comprehensively.
• Define and evaluate change effectiveness against measurable objectives through all phases of the project.
• Demonstrate experience with documentation tools to create high quality knowledge base articles/technical documentation.
• Leverage multiple communication channels targeted to various audience sizes and technical backgrounds.
• Create training for self-service and in-person/virtual learning using digital authoring tools.
