Job summary

Genesis10 is seeking a Delivery Lead for an onsite role in Chandler, AZ. The contract extends 12+ months, focusing on planning and driving organizational change, communications, training, and engagement activities across Network Services.

The successful candidate will guide change management, document materials, coordinate engagement routines, and reinforce adoption across domains, working with multiple stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating delivery of change, communications, training, or adoption initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate transformation objectives into structured plans, deliverables, and engagement routines.
• Experience developing communication materials, awareness content, and enablement artifacts to support change adoption.
• Strong ability to work across central teams, business leaders, and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of organizational change, communication, training, and engagement activities.
• Communicate target outcomes and coordinate execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment to standards and delivery plans.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into health of change and adoption deliverables.
• Develop communication and training materials and coordinate engagement routines.
• Support learning and awareness activities and reinforce adoption expectations across domains.
• Ensure execution meets stakeholder expectations in readiness, communication quality, engagement effectiveness, and adoption progress.
• Facilitate sync points across central teams, change champions, and leadership representatives.
