Trane Technologies in Maitland, FL is seeking a Project Administrator to support project managers with documentation, procurement, job costing, invoicing, and closeout across multiple projects from award to completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and up to two years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to problem solve, make decisions, and exercise good judgement.
• Experience with financial systems and basic accounting (AR/AP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standard work and processes, utilizing several enterprise systems.
• Coordinate the transition of projects from Sales to Operations within enterprise business systems.
• Administer projects throughout entire life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
• Manage procurement processes per project requirements; handle material ordering/tracking and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate monthly customer invoicing process per customer requirements and Project Manager direction to ensure timely billing.
• Coordinate with project team members for accurate and timely recording of project costs, including time sheets and vendor invoices.
