Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel and MS Word; comfortable with basic tech tools.
• Willing to work flexible hours during peak times and pass compliance checks (OIG/SAM).

Responsibilities

• Document incoming agent contracts and follow the contracting workflow.
• Prepare contracts for submission (scrubbing, missing info collection).
• Reach out to agents to obtain missing onboarding items.
• Send contracting links promptly and accurately.
• Process contracts through carrier portals.
• Act as SME on agent contracting and assist others as needed.
