Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented contracts administrator to manage agent contracting workflows and onboarding. You will scrub information, prepare contracts for submission, and communicate with agents to collect required items.

Responsibilities

Document incoming agent contracts and follow the contracting workflow.
Prepare contracts for submission by scrubbing and collecting missing information.
Reach out to agents to obtain items needed to complete onboarding.
Send contracting links promptly and accurately.
Process contracts through carrier portals.
Serve as a SME on agent contracting and assist others as needed.
Maintain transparent communication through meetings, email, IM, and notes.
Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.
Complete tasks accurately within provided time frames and escalate when needed.
Provide outstanding customer support and adapt to change.
Other tasks as assigned.
