Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media production or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong graphic design skills with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or InDesign.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills with ownership over the customer experience.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and guide the work of others.
• Experience with live streaming (e.g., OBS, vMix) and editing training videos.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, filming, and editing of video and photography content across the customer group, including lighting, sound, and graphic production.
• Collaborate with instructional designer to create interactive content.
• Produce and edit video content using Camtasia, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve, including scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Conduct quality control and apply corrective actions to ensure content quality.
• Lead live streaming setup and production using OBS or vMix.
• Lead motion graphics and animation work using After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
