Job summary

Vaco seeks a Senior Associate to identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles. You will work with the sales team to fulfill open orders and guide candidates through the hiring process.

Minimum 12–24 months recruiting or related experience is required; CPA/CFA/MBA or related designation is a plus. Familiarity with Bullhorn is preferred. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 USD with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• 12–24 months of recruiting or related experience (audit/tax/public accounting is a plus).
• Professional designation (CPA/CFA/MBA) is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with sales and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
• Update, review, and utilize a candidate skills matrix in recruiting.
• Perform weekly interviews aligned with performance objectives.
• Generate leads via relationships and candidate interactions to support business development.
• Log activity, notes, and candidate data in Bullhorn to manage and grow the book of business.
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across lines of business.
