Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter in Jacksonville, FL to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate development skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting for operational or high-volume positions.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for a variety of operational, logistics, transportation and corporate positions.
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines.
• Source both active and passive candidates using various recruiting resources.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer processes and assist candidates through onboarding.
• Provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruiting activity and candidate pipelines.
• Track recruiting activity and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce time-to-fill.
• Represent the organization’s culture and employment brand throughout the candidate experience.
