Job summary

myKaarma is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to join our People team on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on rapidly building pipelines, sourcing beyond postings, and moving US-based hiring across customer-facing functions.

You will own recruiting activity, partner with managers, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate data in Rippling. The position emphasizes execution, capacity, and scalable recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building abilities.
• Experience recruiting for operations, customer-facing roles, or similar functions.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting activity across a portfolio of U.S. operations and customer-facing roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via proactive sourcing, outreach, referrals, and talent communities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles, clarify requirements, and set sourcing approaches.
• Conduct recruiter screens and provide concise candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and steps while preserving a positive candidate experience.
• Keep candidate and requisition data current in Rippling.
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership.
• Support recruiting projects and evolving hiring needs.
