Hinge Health is hiring a Contract Recruiter focused on high-volume hiring to scale our talent acquisition engine. You will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, maintain healthy funnels, and deliver an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience.

This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys operating at pace, managing multiple priorities, and making a measurable impact through consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience conducting structured recruiter screens or interviews against defined qualifications.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and managing recruiting activity in an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Ramp quickly on mission, processes, tools, interview philosophy, and supported roles.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and TA partners through intake meetings and clear expectations.
• Partner on high-volume requisitions, conduct screens and interviews, and build pipelines.
• Deliver high-volume hiring outcomes by moving candidates efficiently through the funnel.
• Maintain qualified pipelines via inbound review, targeted sourcing, outreach, and referrals.
• Provide a structured candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful follow-up.
