Job summary

Kastle is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a fully remote, full-time role in the United States. You will build pipelines of talent, engage passive candidates, and partner with recruiters to craft effective hiring strategies in a fast-growing property technology company.

You will leverage sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Hiretual, and Beamery, while maintaining CRM data in iCIMS and driving a strong employer brand to attract top talent across disciplines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience (full-cycle recruiting or sourcing).
• Field Recruiting (hourly roles), high-volume recruiting, installation recruiting experience preferred.
• In-house/corporate recruitment and sourcing experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use iCIMS) and other ATS experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies and understand current and future needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Source and reach out to candidates through social media, internal databases, CRM, job boards, networking, and more.
• Conduct phone screens as needed and manage candidate outreach campaigns.
• Create compelling messaging to highlight Kastle's exciting challenges and culture.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate database (CRM) in iCIMS and communicate with past applicants.
