Mortgage Solutions of Georgia, LLC is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor to drive the contract-to-close phase with urgency and precision. You will gather information, answer questions, and manage last-minute changes to ensure timely loan closings while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes prioritization, multitasking, and teamwork, with expectations of strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in LOS tools such as Calyx Point and Encompass.

Responsabilidades

• Own the file from contract to closing with accuracy, speed, and a service-first mindset
• Serve as the main point of contact for borrowers, Realtors, LOs, and underwriters
• Manage a pipeline efficiently while meeting closing dates and compliance requirements
• Analyze and verify all income, assets, credit, insurance, VOEs, payoffs, tax transcripts, title, condos, and supporting documentation
• Update and maintain full transparency through the LOS
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and remove roadblocks before they become delays
• Ensure outstanding communication and a calm, positive borrower experience
• Work collaboratively with our team to deliver smooth, clean files with minimal conditions
• Manage a loan pipeline and maintain an efficient and compliant flow through the loan process
• Make sure closing dates and company deadlines are met by following up on loan documentation in a timely manner
• Help further loan approval by serving as a liaison between applicants, real estate agents, loan officers, and mortgage lending underwriters
• Communicate with the borrower throughout the loan process
• Submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial. Communicate with underwriters to clarify conditions and satisfy these by coordinating with the borrower
