Job summary

Jet HomeLoans, LLC is seeking a dedicated Processor to manage file flow from submission through closing. You will collaborate with underwriting, loan officers, and processing leadership to ensure timely, compliant processing and accurate data.

The role emphasizes proactive communication with borrowers and referral sources, document verification, and maintaining loan-level data integrity across the processing lifecycle to support exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral upon receipt of loan to determine needs for underwriting to make a reasonable credit decision.
• Communicate document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources as needed consistent with corporate communication policies.
• Obtain credit supplements, verifications of employment, verifications of deposit, clear fraud alerts, title commitments, transcripts, appraisals, builder documentation and other third-party information to validate application data.
• Utilize DU, LP and GUS for evaluating agency eligible transactions. Review findings and determine documentation and supporting information needed for underwriting approval.
• Work with underwriting and closing departments to facilitate an efficient and compliant transaction.
• Respond to post closing requests for additional documentation or system updates to ensure timely loan sales.
• Licensing and certifications to be obtained when requested by management, such as NMLS licensing, bond certifications, and other educational certifications.
