Job summary

Clover Health’s People Operations team is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter for a six-month engagement with Counterpart Health. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Clover's tech teams, partner with hiring managers, and craft effective hiring plans and sourcing strategies.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and strong collaboration with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical recruitment, in-house experience, and a track record of sourcing niche skill sets in

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with at least 1 year in-house, preferably in a high-growth HealthTech organization.
Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skill sets.
Strong ability to leverage data to influence hiring decisions and hiring teams.
Experience using Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn, and AI tooling for job descriptions, hiring plans, and talent maps.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of Clover's technology teams in partnership with hiring managers.
Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data to enable informed decisions.
Develop creative sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates and improve pipeline diversity.
Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to guide search strategy and partner with leaders.
Serve as the first contact with candidates, effectively pitching Clover and the teams.
