• Skilled with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings for technical skills and culture fit.
• Deliver a consistent high-quality candidate experience as the first contact.
• Collaborate with leaders on job descriptions and interview plans.
• Maintain a passive candidate pipeline for future openings.
• Track pipeline metrics and contribute to process improvements.
