Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ proven experience as a full-cycle Clinical or Ops Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
• Strong candidate experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ideal profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and databases.
• Conduct initial screenings for technical skills and culture fit.
• Maintain a passive candidate pipeline for future roles.
• Track pipeline metrics and contribute to process improvements.
