Job description

The Talent Coordinator will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys connecting qualified candidates with meaningful career opportunities. The Talent Coordinator will utilize a variety of recruiting tools and resources to attract both active and passive candidates for open positions across multiple markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Business Partner to post open positions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and select accurate, effective job descriptions for open positions.
• Maintain candidate records and track candidate progress within the ATS in accordance with company guidelines.
• Review applications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in in-person interviews with hiring managers as requested.
• Utilize recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill positions.
• Assist the HR Business Partner with new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Business Partner or Human Resources Director.
