Job summary

CookUnity, a Los Angeles-based food platform, is seeking a contract Talent Coordinator to support hiring across our LA market. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination—partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations to ensure a fast, organized hiring experience.

What you’ll do includes coordinating interviews for hourly roles, maintaining candidate data in Greenhouse, and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination, HR, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly roles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience.
• Support and refine Talent Acquisition workflows.
