Job summary

You will collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, assess qualifications, and design effective sourcing strategies.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain job postings and an ATS, build robust candidate pipelines, and leverage social media, LinkedIn, and job fairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent acquisition managing full-cycle, high-volume recruiting.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting: postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates.
• Work as an individual contributor supporting manpower requisitions.
• Manage job board accounts and ATS to track interview slates and pipelines.
• Deliver quality candidate slates using validated and creative recruiting methods.
• Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, social media.
• Plan, coordinate, attend job fairs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics; share benchmarks and insights.
• Answer FAQs from applicants and employees; escalate complex questions.
• Promote the company brand and employee referral program.
• Other duties as needed.
