Job summary

NeoGenomics is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to interview and refer qualified applicants, assist with recruiting, sourcing, and scheduling interviews across designated departments or regions.

The TAS will engage with leadership and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, post roles on boards and social channels, and maintain candidate data in the ATS. This role emphasizes fast-paced execution and professional applicant communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in recruiting or similar people operations role.
• Exposure to full life cycle recruiting preferred.
• Knowledge of employment regulations (DOL/EEOC/OFCCP) preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using ATS or HRIS (JobVite and Workday) preferred.
• Passionate about inclusive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Provide information on company operations, history and benefits to applicants.
• Communicate with applicants professionally and timely.
• Partner with leadership, recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Post job descriptions across job boards and internal platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and manage logistics for candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
