Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 1 year of experience required in talent acquisition
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting in professional services or agency setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment

• Conduct high-volume structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Evaluate candidate fit against criteria and provide clear recommendations
• Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely disposition in the ATS
• Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements
• Lead employment offers in partnership with HR and decision-makers
• Develop relationships with candidates and external sourcing channels
