Job summary

Airbus Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to source, screen and recommend candidates for roles across the organization. You will develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

In this role, you will collaborate with managers and HR to align recruitment plans with business needs, build applicant pools, and support both entry- and senior-level positions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs.
• Knowledge of US Employment and Labor Laws and application to the recruitment process and the applicant tracking system.
• Experience with online/social media recruiting and diverse sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and recruit through resume screening, interviews and candidate assessment.
• Post and maintain job postings across multiple media, colleges, social networks and staffing partners.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting reports; respond to internal and external requests timely.
• Coordinate with managers to optimize recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Possibility of work outside normal business hours as needed.
