Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner I to join our Human Resources team in Kinston, NC. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for entry level through senior roles while upholding Airbus values and employment policies.

You will develop recruitment plans, partner with managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position supports diverse pipelines and compliance with EE0, HIPAA, ERISA, and related laws.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Interviewing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or combination of education and appropriate work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR team on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Deliver high quality short lists and recruit and interview applicants.
