Job summary

Massed Compute LLC is seeking a contract recruiting lead to build the recruiting function and kickstart our talent acquisition engine. You will own the recruiting pipeline end to end across every open requisition, design and implement role-specific interview loops in Ashby, collaborate with hiring managers to keep requisitions moving, and build AI-driven screening workflows to filter resumes.

You will flag defects, coordinate scheduling across candidates and interviewers, and document the system

Qualifications

Experience building or rebuilding a recruiting function.
Experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles.
Comfortable owning end-to-end recruiting process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Own the recruiting pipeline end to end across every open requisition.
Design and implement role-specific interview loops in Ashby including stages and feedback forms.
Partner directly with hiring managers to move open requisitions toward a decision.
Build efficient screening workflows using AI to filter and review resumes.
Flag configuration and process defects as soon as you find them.
Coordinate scheduling and communication across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Document the system you build so it survives your engagement.
