Job summary

Concourse seeks its first dedicated talent hire to build and lead the recruiting function from the ground up. You will partner with the CEO and hiring managers to define roles, manage end-to-end hiring for engineers, GTM, and ops, and design a fast, rigorous process that leaves strong impressions with candidates.

You will own sourcing, interviewing, and closing, creating repeatable systems and scorecards to scale as the company grows, using AI tools to enhance sourcing and screening and ensuring

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in recruiting, talent, or people roles
• Track record of closing exceptional candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Ownership mindset: run an entire talent function

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the talent function as the first talent hire
• Partner with CEO and hiring managers to define role requirements
• Own full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
• Design and run a fast, rigorous hiring process
• Create systems, scorecards, and playbooks for repeatable hiring
• Shape how Concourse tells its story to candidates
• Own candidate-to-employee handoff and onboarding readiness
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics
• Leverage AI tools to scale sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
