Job summary

Quartermaster AI Inc is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a versatile Recruiter who can own the full lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, finance, and operations to build a strong talent pipeline for embedded systems and hardware, using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter, while designing structured interview processes.

In a distributed, start-up environment with async work, you will drive rapid hiring, maintain ATS hygiene, and uphold high candidate experiences worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-desk recruiting experience, in agency, startup, or venture-backed environments.
• Proven track record as a Swiss Army Knife recruiter closing engineering and non-engineering roles.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter for outbound sourcing and pipeline generation.
• Expert-level fluency with Ashby and Google Workspace for operational execution.
• Strong technical literacy to articulate engineering concepts and mission.
• Experience building structured interview loops and evaluation matrices.
• Autonomy and high-touch candidate experience with ATS hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle recruitment across embedded systems, software, hardware, and core business units.
• Architect technical sourcing strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Design and own end-to-end candidate pipeline in ATS, with real-time visibility.
• Partner with executives to translate roadmaps into role specs and interview loops.
• Drive offer negotiations and closing strategies in high-stakes hires.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and optimize interview workflows across the organization.
• Evaluate recruiting tools and mature sourcing/assessment methodologies as the company scales.
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, legal, and operations as needed.
