Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Director and team with interview scheduling and ad-hoc projects, based in Costa Mesa, CA.

You will coordinate interview schedules using Workday ATS and Outlook, arrange candidate travel, manage budgets and purchase card, and provide reports and general administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Support TA Director, Senior Managers and the TA team with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate interview schedules using Workday ATS scheduling tool and Outlook.
• Arrange candidate travel for interviews at VF HQs.
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across roles and levels.
• Support improvements to interview scheduling, resources, and documentation.
• Handle PO’s and administrative duties for the TA team.
