Qualifications

Experience supporting a senior executive recruitment function or similarly structured team.
7+ years working with VP level leaders or above, with strong coordination and prioritization.
Excellent multi-tasking and ability to juggle conflicting priorities.
Proficiency in AI and technology automation to drive recruiting efficiencies.
Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
Proven follow-through and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Create high-touch end-to-end candidate experiences and coordinate interviews, travel, and logistics.
Operate confidential searches with discretion across hiring managers and candidates.
Oversee Workday requisition and onboarding processes and generate reports.
Spearhead executive sourcing and pipeline development with recruiters and networks.
Manage candidate branding, experiences, and communications across media.
