Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in New Jersey. You will act as a trusted client advisor and advocate for candidates, guiding the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to interview and hire.

This temporary contract for 3-6 months focuses on delivering top talent through proactive strategies, building networks, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, and closing candidates.
• Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals, and use feedback to improve outcomes.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to articulate recruitment processes to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong candidates for open positions and overcome objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure weekly and monthly submission and hire goals are met.
• Update ATS data and related administrative tasks.
