• Execute recruitment strategies, including RPO and client relationships.
• Demonstrates time prioritization, adaptability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify, screen, interview, and gather feedback from clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent for open positions and address hiring concerns with clients.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction.
• Meet weekly/monthly submit and hire goals; manage ATS data and related admin tasks.
• Utilize reporting and analytics to optimize recruiting processes.
