Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to assist employers, students, and career services users. This 6-month contract may extend or convert based on fit. You will handle email, phone, and video support for a range of customers from startups to large brands.

You'll work with the Support Team to unblock users, report trends, and improve the customer experience. A strong technical aptitude and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality email and phone support to Handshake customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex product questions and bugs.
• Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Use internal tools and reports to diagnose issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Success teams.
