Job summary

Everus is seeking a Service Administrator to prepare all contractual documents for vendors and subcontractors, negotiate terms on private and public works, and manage pricing issues with customers. Key duties include coordinating with Accounting and Operations, setting up new jobs in Spectrum, and processing change orders under 50K. Background checks may be required for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction contracts and contract management software.
• Experience with A/R and WIP accounting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contractual documents for vendors/subcontractors.
• Negotiate terms and pricing for private and public works projects.
• Review and execute contracts under 50K after review and approvals.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Operations to ensure profitability.
• Set up new jobs in Spectrum and manage change orders under 50K.
